This one will still be released from prison and reactivated during the next phase of Nigeria's destabilisation.
Once you smooch that wall, no prison outside of China, North Korea, Russia and Iran can hold you for very long.
Brace yourselves.

Dear Management and Legal Team of OPay Nigeria,
I am writing this urgent appeal as a loyal and high-volume customer of OPay who conducts significant daily financial transactions through your platform. If you review my account history, you will see that OPay is my preferred digital banking platform. I consistently choose your services because of the trust and confidence I have built in your brand.
I am respectfully appealing to the Management and Legal Team of OPay Nigeria on behalf of Cute Hafserh (@haifah_er_abba), who is currently in custody following the Cease-and-Desist/Demand Notice issued by your legal team on August 31, 2026, concerning a regrettable post she made on X (formerly Twitter).
We sincerely regret her actions and fully acknowledge the seriousness of the matter. We understand that spreading unverified information suggesting that OPay was going on an indefinite break, coupled with advising customers to withdraw their funds, could create unnecessary panic and potentially cause reputational harm to a financial institution.
However, the post was made out of ignorance and a failure to properly verify the information, rather than any malicious intention to damage OPay, disrupt its operations, or cause financial harm to the company.
Most importantly, she fully complied with the demands contained in your notice before the 11:59 PM WAT deadline, including:
1. She permanently deleted the publication to prevent any further spread of the misinformation.
2. She issued an unequivocal retraction of the false information.
3. She offered an unreserved public apology to OPay and demonstrated genuine remorse for her actions.
In light of her immediate compliance, sincere apology, remorse, and willingness to take responsibility for her mistake, I humbly appeal to OPay's Management and Legal Team to consider showing her mercy and compassion.
As a loyal customer who greatly values OPay's services and contribution to the daily lives of Nigerians, I sincerely plead with the company to consider withdrawing the legal action and charges against her, where legally possible, and to support her release from custody.
We assure you that she understands the seriousness of her actions and will exercise far greater caution in the future. We are also willing to ensure that she does not repeat such conduct.
I respectfully ask OPay to consider this appeal not as an attempt to excuse her mistake, but as a genuine plea for forgiveness and leniency. She has acknowledged her error, corrected it promptly, and expressed sincere regret.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this appeal. We sincerely hope that OPay will extend its compassion and understanding in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Yusuf Abubakar Garba
Hunger and the Insensitivity of Mr. President
I watched with deep concern the statement made by President Bola Tinubu to the Catholic Bishops who visited his office, that there has always been hunger in Nigeria, even before he was born.
While it is true that hunger has been a part of human life and has existed in our country for decades, such a statement appears insensitive to the plight of the millions of Nigerians who face worsening economic hardship today. More importantly, we must focus on the facts and the measurable outcomes of governance.
Before the present administration assumed office in 2023, an estimated 17 million Nigerians were facing acute food insecurity, primarily caused by insecurity, armed conflict, widespread banditry, and devastating floods. Today, less than three years later, that number has risen to about 35 million Nigerians. Instead of improving the situation, the crisis has worsened significantly under the current administration.
The same trend is evident in poverty. Before this government took office in 2023, Nigeria’s extreme poverty was estimated at 87 million people. Current projections suggest that this number is approaching 140 million people, making Nigeria home to the largest population of people living in extreme poverty anywhere in the world.
No one disputes that this administration inherited serious challenges. However, leadership is measured not by the challenges inherited but by the results achieved. The government must honestly acknowledge that its response has fallen far short of what the situation demanded, with millions more Nigerians pushed deeper into poverty and hunger.
The combination of persistent insecurity, poor economic management, fiscal indiscipline, wasteful public expenditure, and inadequate investment in productive sectors has compounded the suffering of ordinary Nigerians.
A responsible government must prioritise investment in education, healthcare, agriculture, security, and small businesses while pursuing policies that create jobs, expand production, and lift people out of poverty. That remains my commitment to the Nigerian people.
A New Nigeria is Possible. PO
I just saw a video that is making me go cray cray.
A Nigerian married woman in Canada with her two kids, came online to say that she has been in Canada for 3 years without her husband.
And that the only condition for her to bring her husband to Canada is for him to do a video and post on social media, promising that he would not cheat on her or he would die.
The useless husband did the video and posted it online swearing that he will never cheat on her if she brings him to Canada.
Poverty is a bastard.
Foolish man.
End.
