FedEx immediately replies and asks to to DM because they don’t want d world to know they are LIARS. Attached is the response I get from their help team, which says they advised to use a diff packaging, absolute lie. Basically their word against my loss. @FedEx@FedExHelp#Fraud

FedEx has the audacity to deny a claim for my broken TV that they insured themselves for $1000 when I got it shipped. Acc to @FedEx packaging was not right, if so why insure it and if you did you should have repacked it to meet the packing standards. @FedExHelp@FedexUSA
