“I hope music itself can be heard and loved rather than being distinguished by region or language.”
AND FUCK THE GRAMMYS AND THEIR RACIST XENOPHOBIC BULLSHIT
ARMY ARE WITH YOU BTS
really didnt wanna speak up anymore bc i have so much shit going on in my personal life already. i can’t even scroll through my tl rn without tearing up. but i just wanna share my peace.
hindi namin deserve pagmumurahin, tawaging “bobo”, at gawing mockery for something we’re doing out of volunteerism. simula comeback project hanggang ngayong concert initiative, hindi kami tumigil to look for ways on how to make everything possible. hindi lang sa pagp-plano natatapos ang lahat. at di hamak na oras at effort ang ginugugol namin para sa lahat ng ‘to. i get it, volunteers kami and we are subjected to public’s opinion, but the least we’re asking for is to be treated with kindness and grace. just like all of you, we are fans, and we are people too. Give us some grace muna while we work our asses off to make everything work, and please do your part as well without demeaning others.
Above all, i hope we don’t forget that everything we do is for BTS. Hindi nila matutukoy kung anong day ginawa ang specific fan project, but I do hope na sa pagbisita nila dito, aalalahanin nila ang PH as a country who welcomed them with the loudest cheers and embraced their artistry fully.
