In the days of the Battle of Badr, Hazrat Ruqayyah was very ill, so the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ordered Hazrat Uthmaan (ra) to stay in Madinah to take care of him and prevented him from going to the Battle of Badr.
