A serious land scam involving Ajit Pawar's son is unfolding in Maharashtra.

The level of corruption and loot is infuriating.

A 40-acre plot in Pune worth 1800 crore was sold to Parth Pawar's company for 300 crore.

The stamp duty paid for the transaction was Rs. 500, which should have been in crores.

On top of it, it was a government land with restrictions on private sale and transfer.

Parth Pawar, Ajit Pawar’s son, holds a 99% share in Amadea Enterprises LLP -- the company that wanted the land in question.

After the controversy, the transaction was cancelled.

An FIR has been filed but Parth Pawar outrageously isn't named in it.

As per the prevailing rate, the stamp duty payable was around ₹21 crore

but why was it waived off?

Was it because the buyer happens to be the son of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar?

When a common man buys a small flat, he pays lakhs in stamp duty.

To get a Proof of Delivery for one post, India Post is asking customers to
1. Go to a nearby post office
2. Pay ₹10 at the post office
3. Send proof of that payment to 2 email addresses and then they will look into this.

No option for online payments. I will waste more money in travelling to the post office than the fees for POD.
