Here are seven reasons to express gratitude to God today:
1. He woke you up today.
2. It’s a brand new day.
3. You have the Word of God in your possession.
4. You have food to eat.
5. You have a roof over your head.
6. He will never abandon you.
7. God’s love for you remains constant!
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for waking me up again. Today I pray for peace and calmness as I navigate the day. Remove any stress or tension from my body. Help me relax, let go, and surrender everything to you. Restore and heal me from all pain physically, emotionally, or mentally that I’ve been dealing with. Continue to work on me, Lord, and help me become calmer and more at peace.
You’ve given us this week. How thankful we are for the Holy Spirit and Your precious word, which You use to lead us in the way we should go while giving us peace.
Today I ask you to clear the fog of any mental confusion and give them clarity of mind. Break any bondage hindering their walk with You, and set them free from all fear and anxiety. Bless all Your people with Your peace today, Lord, as the Holy Spirit continues to lead our way. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
Let’s pray:
Heavenly Father,
As I step into this new Monday, I decree that the heavens are open over me. I declare that this week will not mirror my past, it will manifest fresh glory, divine favor, and supernatural advancement. What could not move last week will begin to shift today. I prophesy that this Monday marks the beginning of momentum. Divine speed is released over my steps. I will accomplish in days what others could not in months. Time will favor me. People will favor me. Heaven will back me. This Monday will be a launching pad a day of divine announcements, unexpected favor, and unstoppable grace. I decree that this week, my name will be mentioned in rooms of opportunity. My gifts will make room for me, and my results will speak louder than my struggles. Lord, let this Monday usher in testimonies that will overflow into the rest of the week. Let Your power move through me, Your presence surround me, and Your promise sustain me.
I decree it.
I believe it.
And it is so.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
Let’s pray.
Heavenly Father,
You are the almighty God with all power. We give You glory, honor, and praise as we come to You this Monday morning in prayer. In the beginning You laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands. They will cease to exist, but we know that You will remain unchanged. Rejoicing in knowing that, we are grateful to see the start of another day and a new week, and we are thankful for all that You have planned for us. We don’t know what the week will bring, but we know that what You have prepared for us is always good. Let it be a prosperous week as You show us favor and keep us on the path You’ve laid out for us to walk. Bless and comfort everyone who reads this with Your peace today, as the Holy Spirit continues to lead our way. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
This week is Black Maternal Health Week — and Black women are still being ignored, dismissed, and disrespected, especially during pregnancy and childbirth.
Over 80% of these deaths didn’t have to happen. This is your reminder to listen to Black women.
Do ppl not remember his 1st term when D*ms had control of The House & Impeached him? Twice. And the R*pub controlled Senate *refused* to convict him, WHICH WOULD HAVE PREVENTED HIM FROM RUNNING AGAIN. Do we just not remember that 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
HBCU campuses have been safehavens since their creation. I’m not sure why or how they have become a target today, but it is not ok.
It is not ok for anyone to be targeted for violence! My heart aches for the constant trauma that students consistently experience simply because some lack the courage to do better!
Please keep our students of all ages lifted in your prayers & then advocate for better! If other counties can figure it out, surely AMERICAN CAN!
As we start our day, Jesus we thank you for laying down your life to save all of us. We are beyond grateful to have a savior who cares & loves us deeply. Your word says in Psalms 56:3, “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You” So Lord we put our hope, faith & trust in you today
