少し体勢は違いますが、支え方の違いは、はっきり見えます。

田中碧選手は膝が少し曲がりすぎていて、わずかに外へ開いています。

一方で佐野海舟選手は、股関節が支点となり、地面を捉えています。

一見すると小さな違いですが、この差がプレーの安定感や動きの質を大きく変えます。

膝で支えると力は膝周辺に集中しやすく、股関節で支えると全身が連動しやすくなる。

小さな差が、大きな差。

日本サッカーがもう一段階上へ進む鍵は、技術や戦術だけではなく、股関節重心にあるのかもしれません。
