But the current model (similar to what American universities are doing with international students) is toxic. It's neoliberal and fake diversity.

The victims of anti-internationalization language policy in education are non-EU/non-white students. They pay 5-10 times more than EU students - thus they are not paid by tax money but are actually cash cows for Dutch universities. But now they are getting worse education.
