Terrible experience with @makemytrip @makemytripcare forex. They have an option of paying via credit card, and it never works (for amex, visa and mastercard) and then paid via debit card, and they never got back to me till I called them for the status.

Apparently I'm supposed to know that an additional bank statement document is required while paying by card. Terrible customer service on top of that.
No update after calling them too. My forex rate went up twice in this mess.
