@bts_bighit We ask you to please look into what is happening not only in South Korea, but also in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and other tour stops.

ARMYs have worked tirelessly to support BTS for years, and we promise that every seat will be filled by genuine fans. Unfortunately, many tickets have already appeared on resale platforms at outrageous prices, making it difficult for real ARMYs to attend.

We respectfully urge BIGHIT MUSIC and HYBE @HYBEOFFICIALtwt to investigate these ticketing issues, take action against scalpers, and cancel any tickets obtained through unauthorized or unfair means before the concerts begin. Genuine fans should not have to compete against bots, resellers, or privileged access.

This situation is unfair to ARMY and damages the spirit of BTS concerts, which are meant to be shared with the fans who have supported BTS through every chapter of their journey. We ask for greater transparency from ticketing partners and stronger measures to protect fans from ticket abuse.

Please hear the voices of ARMY around the world. We only want a fair opportunity to see BTS and celebrate this long-awaited reunion together.
