@NYGovCuomo Cops already are required to report weapon discharges as soon as it’s safe to. Police reports are required to track arrest details, race and ethnicity. The police can’t deny medical help because there are more than a pair of eyes watching at this point. Did you talk to any cop?!

@MTA that was the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Not letting an old lady in thru the gate after she had paid, proceeding to argue with her, making her plead multiple times to let her in. 137th street downtown around 820pm. Terrible!!!!
