Wait, you're contrasting Fishback with the guy who stated that no one has the right to "harm other people" with words when asked about American's criticisms of Israel's government? Hypocritical, to say the least and a selective application of standards at worst.
@EvanPower Hey, douchebag, what was that about candidates not hitting 10% in order to justify not having debates? Collins and Fishback both hit over that threshold today. You lied to the state's voters in order to insulate Byron and he still didn't hit 50%. I'm glad you lost your race.
I will never forgive Trump and his "If I shoot someone on 5th Avenue I wouldn't lose support" type voters in Florida for this travesty. Byron, Trump and the state GOP insulted the intelligence of the electorate and many still voted for the empty suit of a candidate. Pathetic.
@LostMyHats No other way to put it, Florida voters just made one of the biggest downgrades in the state's history. Amazing to think that this guy stood against most of what DeSantis did (drawbacks and all) and many voters rewarded that. Pathetic.
Donalds ran the Biden playbook of campaigning from his basement, had the state GOP and its influencers run interference for him and had Trump constantly gloss over his ineffective, irrelevant history as a politician via Truth Social posts.
And voters still gave the empty suit the nod. They must love being insulted.
Really? So the federal government has the "right" to compel states to stay within the Union by force, if necessary?
Let's see if you're consistent: Do you believe that the current arrangement wherein the federal government intrudes and involves itself in every aspect of daily existence is defendable or are you personally disposed to claim it is tyrannical?
@Joseph_Spurgeon Well said. By the way, your post inspired a good comeback for people who retort โBut homosexuality occurs in the animal kingdom!โ.
A succinct and stinging reply would be "Well, if that's the case, go consume some vomit since dogs do it all the time".
Implicitly celebrating this isn't the "own" that you think it is. Additionally, your framing of JD's views are blatantly disingenuous, tragically cartoonish and outright slanderous. Then again, it tracks that you would rejoice that someone who disagrees with him would take it out on his children in the same way you support Israel committing genocide against children.
Pure unadulterated evil masquerading as sanctimony.
@glennbeck This from the guy who was groveling to Netanyahu months ago to be given Israeli citizenship and who, years ago, claimed The US was established "for the establishment of Israel". Beck is a cuck.
Americans don't want the Iran War. Trump says, "I don't care. You'll have it anyways because we're doing it for Israel." Americans don't want data centers. Trump says, "Nah, you can't fight against them because the Tech Bros want them." Americans want mass deportations. Trump says, "Sorry. Farmers and Big Tech want the cheap labor."
Moral of the story: When politicians claim the United States is a representative democracy, it's jut a talking point. The country has devolved into an oligarchical, warmongering surveillance state and Trump has helped accelerate it.
@benshapiro If it is "goyslop", prove Tucker wrong and publicly demand that Israel immediately join the hostilities - especially considering that this is all being done for Israel (as admitted by both Trump and Rubio) - and go fight. Tick, tock.
You're the "badged patriot" and you see no problem being an instrument of the state to essentially confiscate someone's personal property for the crime of not carrying a card? Who did he victimize by not having a license?
Lastly, it's interesting for you to claim that driving is a privilege, considering that it is the taxpayers that built those roads, pay for its maintenance and for your cushy salary, pension and benefits, all so that you can turn around and confiscate their property under the threat of lethal force.
But don't worry, it's the citizenry that holds to crazy ideologies - not you.
@AuronMacintyre In other words, she is a typical "conservative". She talks a good game, but when the going gets tough, those principles she supposedly adheres to are easily dispensable.
