I like using ClassPass but there are things you seriously need to work on! I have a membership too which is upsetting that no one can help me get my credits back bc of your system.

@Postmates_Help Hey guys!
I was sent the wrong item and charged for it and no one wants to help fix this! Emailed a bunch of times, called the merchant and they are saying that postmates has to resolve this. Yet no one is trying to resolve this. 😑
