Many of us are facing a serious issue with Binance. @binance Genuine users are being marked as "Not Eligible" without any clear reason.

Previously, logging out for a few days or submitting an appeal often resolved the issue through manual review. But now, most appeals appear to be handled by automated systems, and many users report repeated rejections.

If this continues, more legitimate users may be affected. We hope Binance improves the review process by providing greater transparency and ensuring that users have access to meaningful human review when needed.

In the past, the community has successfully raised concerns together, and positive changes followed. Let's do the same again.
