On June 1, prior to the start of trading, the trader clearly informed your team @MattLeech that he does not have a Rise Pay account

Your team confirmed that this would not be an issue and agreed to process his payout as a one-time cryptocurrency payment.

Your told the trader to waite for 10 days for your payout, then when 10 days passed , you told them that you can't him why @MattLeech.

The trader was on your leaderboard for several days as well.

However, he received an email today stating that the payment cannot be processed.

This decision contradicts the clear agreement made with your team before he began trading.

We kindly request your personal attention to this matter and a prompt resolution so that the agreed crypto payout can be released to the trader as originally promised.
