Booked a puja thru Sri Mandir App for for my parents dated 11/9. Rcd video link without sankalp of my parents. Multiple follow ups, no response. Puja rescheduled due to error from their end. Booked puja with a lot of faith. Who's accountable for this? @prashantsachan
