This is how my Claude workflow looks like for the most complex projects.
Which builds big features overnight without any errors.
→ I give it a spec design file for a feature
→ It grounds the codebase to the plan and also asks questions if needed
→ Picks one task at a time in an order that makes sense
→ Implements them using Opus
→ Review 2 times on bugs, edge cases and SOLID principles
→ And commits them to move on to the next item in the queue.
Spent the last two weeks rebuilding how I think about GTM.
The product is the marketing. SOC 2 verification is a GTM move. A free tier is a GTM move. Outputs people screenshot and post are GTM moves. Features you ship decide which channels you can actually win.
Packed the whole conversation into a Claude Skill. It walks me through GTM design for anything I'm building.
@Mohamad_Biomy I’m building my own Reddit lead searching tool. Tell me the problem you are solving, the Solution and target audience and I’ll send you top 3 leads for free - to test.
Let’s see if it works for you
