@tcl_india Useless company. They don't even bother to contact back or atleast reply on emails or DMs. I have so pissed of with their service. It's been only 3 months since I purchased a tv and I am going through a lot of issues in it. But they don't even care. Don't buy any TCL product!!!!!

@tcl_india My complaint is pending since 26th Feb. Since then I have been continuously contacting customer care via calls and email but I am getting no proper answers or resolution and asked to wait. What a bad bad bad experience

@JioMart Forget about anyone else just look into you first. Just see how quick you guys have been in resolving a customer concern. You cancelled my order due to some technical reasons as per you but you didn't feel responsible to give me back my money. It's been almost a month. Very poor

@nothing It's crazy how companies fool us in the name of giveaways to increase their sales. I participated in a lot of giveaways but never won one. Lost hope in all these things.
