@SamsungIndia AFTER PURCHASING THIS TV COST IS(67750/=) I SAW BT&SMART REMOTE THESE ALL SMART FEATURES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS MODEL.BUT THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME THESE ALL FEATURES ARE AVAILABLE IN THIS MODEL AND THIS IS LATEST MODEL.BUT I CONFIRM IT FROM SAMSUNG HE TOLD ME ITS ISA2018 MODEL

@SamsungIndia when i visit reliance store i click pic of this TV they stick a sticker of NEW ARRIVAL . on this tv after purchasing this TV i saw these all feature are not available in this SMART TV then i call to samsung customer care department for make quary against this tv

Samsung products quality is very poor or they cheat to customer.and not give proper response to customer
