@NitishKumar @officecmbihar माननीय मुख्य मंत्री जी बिहार के अभियंत्रण महाविद्यालयों में उन्ही छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति और student Credit Card का लाभ मिलना चाहिए जो BEU द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम 75% वर्ग उपस्थिति के मानक को पूरा करते हो ।
