🚨 OSEPA SCANDAL: Massive tender fixing, money laundering & illegal extortion uncovered in Odisha’s vocational education system! VTs left unpaid for months while corrupt agencies profit.
We demand an immediate probe! @CMO_Odisha@EDocuments@abhijeet_dipke#kyaboltipublic
Dear @ADG_OSEPA & @OSEPA_Official,
Your letter No. 8569VE26 dated 03.08.2026 threatening Vocational Trainers with suspension for exercising their constitutional right to peaceful protest is a bad move that reeks of authoritarian overreach.
Let's be clear:
🔹 Article 19(1)(b) of the Indian Constitution guarantees every citizen the fundamental right to assemble peacefully without arms.
🔹 Article 19(1)(c) guarantees the right to form associations and unions to collectively voice grievances.
🔹 The right to peaceful protest is implicitly recognized as a fundamental right under Article 19(1)(a) & (b), subject only to reasonable restrictions.
By instructing VTPs to prohibit VTs from participating in strikes or agitations and threatening disciplinary action including termination, you are:
❌ Violating the fundamental rights of thousands of Vocational Trainers
❌ Intimidating workers for exercising lawful democratic rights
❌ Using contractual clauses as a weapon to suppress dissent
The Tripartite Agreement cannot be used as a shield to override constitutional guarantees. No contract can take away fundamental rights.
Instead of threatening hardworking VTs who have been delivering vocational education under Samagra Shiksha & PM SHRI across Odisha, we urge you to:
✅ Engage in meaningful dialogue with VT representatives
✅ Address genuine grievances through proper channels
✅ Respect the constitutional rights of every citizen
Threatening suspension for peaceful protest is undemocratic, unconstitutional, and sets a dangerous precedent.
We demand immediate withdrawal of this coercive directive.

•No serious issues raised by them till now
•No account or website got hacked, thats victim card toolkit
•He is another project of kejriwal like dhruv rathee
•Aam Aadmi Party is losing its hold in Punjab, and Indian National Congress seems to have the edge this time.
•This puppet has been brought in to influence and attract the youth of Punjab.
•Since the beginning of this movement, this puppet has been playing a follow-unfollow game.
This image is not just a story of poverty. It is a brutal indictment of governance failure.
In Chhattisgarh’s Mainpat, a 90 year old woman, Sukhmuniya Bai, is being carried 9 km on her daughter in law’s back just to collect a ₹1500 pension from the bank.
She has to cross drains, rough terrain, and hilly paths every month just to access money that is rightfully hers.
And this is happening in a country where governments boast about Digital India, DBT, financial inclusion, doorstep delivery, and welfare schemes.
If the system can reach villages for votes, propaganda, surveys, and photo-ops, why can’t it reach an elderly woman with her pension?
Why should a 90-year-old have to suffer like this for ₹1500?
Cockroach Party of India asks:
Where is doorstep pension delivery?
Where is rural banking access?
Where is accountability for such inhuman governance failure?
And how long will the poor be forced to carry the burden of a broken system on their backs?
This is not welfare.
This is state failure.

This issue was raised by us, not by that AAP guy. @abhijeet_dipke
He doesn't seem interested in real public issues , he's just here to push Kejriwal's agenda.
We're the ones actually highlighting these topics, but you're giving credit to the wrong people. Please delete that and correct it. Thanks.

Delhi raises salaries for 1,130 vocational teachers. Meanwhile, Odisha's vocational trainers continue to wait.
