Excess cash in Zomato money (since I did not have exact change last time I ordered & the excess was credited to the wallet) was randomly not allowed to be used against a fresh COD order
10 minutes on a call with service…

Executive (Deepansh) who kept on saying that he does not know the reason & cant do anything about it…escalation resulted in another 10 minutes call with Divya (Manager) again with no result & I had ask them to cancel the order since the salad was stale by now

They do not disclose the location of delivering restaurant and they are asking me to provide the same
Using order ID, they can pick up other details
But perhaps this is the standard template auto reply
