As per @wow_air policies and even DGCA guidelines shouldn't the passenger be offered alternate flights? @wow_air and @goibibo made no such offer.

@MoCA_GoI pls help! Had booked flight with @wow_air from Delhi to Toronto on 27 Feb 2019. They have just canceled the flight and offering only a total refund. No alternate flight reservation offered despite asking. @wowairsupport gives no answers/help.

Plus I can't make changes to my booking as the journey was booked through a flight aggregator. "manage my booking" does not work on the India site. Can you do something about this?
