Once we reached home it didn’t work we went back to exchange they tried with other 5 earbuds non of them worked. The behaviour was very rude and all of them very unprofessional. It was not a out 150 earbuds but the time that they wasted

I have registered a request to deinstall and reinstall the AC to the new location, the technician who came did not install it properly and left by saying the valve needed to be replaced, after they replaced the valve they said the AC needed to be replaced.

now they replaced the AC with 3 star AC my AC was 5 star. the person did not communicate to us that they were sending 3-star AC, they took the extra charges from us. the customer support asked us for the feedback link and submitted the feedback by themselves.

I got the AC moved to another location , but installation was not done properly outdoor unit is not working. The technician without even checking told me that the valve was faulty, but AC was working properly before the de-installation.

6 months ago they told me the same thing and asked me 1500 which I already paid now again they are asking money for the same issue, my concern is how the parts are getting faulty within 6 months
