API Capacity Supplier Partnership Requirements

1. Introduction

We are currently expanding our AI platform infrastructure and are looking for reliable, long-term API resource suppliers and partners.

We are interested in working with suppliers who can provide stable, authorized, and sustainable access to major AI model providers and cloud platforms.

The API resources provided by suppliers will be integrated into our platform and used according to actual customer demand. Settlement will be calculated based on the actual API usage generated during each settlement period.

Our goal is to establish long-term partnerships with trustworthy suppliers who can provide stable API capacity, transparent billing, competitive pricing, and continuous service.

2. API Resources We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for suppliers who can provide API access or API capacity for the following platforms:

Azure Claude

Azure Claude API Keys
High usage limits preferred
High TPM / RPM capacity preferred
Long-term stability required
Azure GPT

Azure OpenAI / Azure GPT API Keys
Access to GPT models
High TPM / RPM limits preferred
Enterprise-level capacity preferred
GCP Claude

Claude models through Google Cloud Platform / Vertex AI
Stable GCP projects or authorized API access
High quota capacity preferred
OpenRouter

OpenRouter API Keys
Access to multiple mainstream AI models
Stable account and API availability
High-volume usage capacity preferred

Claude API access through Cloudflare-related infrastructure or authorized services
Stable API availability required

Anthropic Claude models through AWS / Amazon Bedrock

3. Cooperation Model

Our preferred cooperation model is based on actual API usage.

The supplier provides authorized API resources that can be integrated into our platform.

Our system records the actual usage generated through the supplied API resources, and settlement is calculated according to the percentage, discount rate, or pricing model agreed by both parties.

During the initial stage of cooperation, in order to reduce risk for both parties and gradually build trust, we can accept settlement based on actual accumulated usage.

For example:

When actual API usage reaches:

USD 1,000

both parties can reconcile the usage and settle based on that USD 1,000 usage amount.

After settlement, usage continues, and once the next agreed settlement amount is reached, another settlement can be made.

This arrangement allows both parties to build a transparent and reliable cooperation record during the early stage.

After a period of successful cooperation and once mutual trust has been established, the settlement cycle can be adjusted through further negotiation.

Depending on usage volume and the development of the partnership, both parties may agree to:

Increase the settlement threshold

Extend the settlement cycle

Move to weekly or longer settlement periods
Use another settlement structure agreed by both parties
For example:
If the actual API usage for one settlement period is:

USD 1,000

and the agreed supplier settlement rate is:

20% of actual usage

then the amount payable to the supplier would be:

USD 200

The settlement percentage, pricing method, settlement threshold, settlement cycle, and payment method can all be negotiated based on the actual cooperation arrangement.

4. API Usage Monitoring

All API resources integrated into our platform will be monitored for usage.

Depending on the integration method, we may track:

Token consumption

API request volume

Model usage

Daily usage
Monthly usage
Estimated API cost
Actual API cost
Error rate
API availability
Rate limits
Remaining quota
Settlement amounts will be calculated based on verified usage data.
Both parties may reconcile usage records during each settlement period.
5. API Security

API security is extremely important to us.

All API credentials will only be used for authorized platform integration and legitimate business usage.

Where technically possible, we prefer security measures such as:

API key restrictions

IP whitelisting

Usage limits

Project-level permissions

Separate API credentials
Limited IAM permissions
Usage dashboards
Billing alerts
Automatic quota controls
Suppliers should not provide master credentials or full-access credentials when restricted credentials are sufficient for the integration.
6. Trial Period
Before starting large-scale cooperation, we normally prefer to conduct a small-scale test.
The purpose of the test is to verify:

API availability

Model availability

Quota limits

TPM / RPM

Response stability

Billing accuracy
Usage tracking accuracy
Account stability
After successful testing, we can gradually increase the usage volume.
7. Long-Term Cooperation
We are not looking only for one-time API resources.
We are interested in building long-term relationships with suppliers who can continuously provide reliable AI API capacity.
As our platform grows, our API usage may also increase significantly.

Suppliers who can consistently provide stable resources, competitive pricing, high API quotas, responsive communication, and good technical support may receive larger and more consistent usage volume over time.

8. Information Suppliers Should Provide

If you are interested in working with us, please provide the following information:

API provider / platform

Available models

Account or API type

TPM limit

RPM limit

Daily usage limit

Monthly usage or billing limit

Current available capacity
Pricing or settlement percentage
Minimum usage requirement, if any
Settlement cycle
Supported payment methods
Expected resource availability period
Whether quota can be increased
Whether API restrictions or IP whitelisting are supported
Whether a trial API resource can be provided
9. Platforms Currently Required
Our current purchasing requirements mainly include:
