4. Fund your account

For example:

10 shares = ₦5,250
100 shares = ₦52,500
1,000 shares = ₦525,000
10,000 shares = ₦5.25 million

5. Submit your application: Apply through the approved channels specified in the final offer documents, which may include participating stockbrokers or designated electronic platforms.

7. Receive your allocation: You may not receive every share you request if the IPO is oversubscribed. Allocated shares will be credited to your CSCS account, with any applicable excess funds handled according to the offer terms.

8. Monitor your investment after listing: Once the shares are listed on the Nigerian Exchange, you can track their value through your stockbroker. You can hold the shares for the long term or sell them through your broker, depending on market conditions.

In simple terms

You do not need millions of naira to participate. Based on the announced terms, ₦5,250 is enough to apply for the minimum 10 shares. The key things to do now are to open a legitimate stockbroker account, complete your CSCS/KYC setup, and be ready for the IPO when it opens.

Important: The ₦525 price, September 14 opening date and other terms should be confirmed against the final, officially approved IPO documents before you transfer money or submit an application.
