Shankland and chermiti
31 goals in 60 games last season
Celtics top 2 scorers
Nygren and Maeda
30 goals in 74 games
14 less games for our 2 with 1 more goal
I still hope Chermiti drops to a 10 tho and allows Miovski to partner Shankland those 3 could score 50+ combined

Celtic are absolutely woeful, we will go to Parkhead and turn them over again
Iโve never seen such a shite Celtic team since the early 90s - they are horrific
The world of football has seen some of its biggest and most successful clubs go bust, come back, and in some cases go bust again ..reforming more than once.
But who are the Top 10 Biggest clubs that have become Forgotten Football Clubs?
The criteria to keep it simple is 'They are no longer in their original identity'
These are clubs that were once major forcesโoften with top-flight success, titles, European runs, or huge historical/cultural impactโbut have since gone bust, been liquidated, massively declined, or become largely "forgotten" in the modern elite game (many reformed as phoenix clubs in lower divisions or amateur status). This draws from historical prestige, peak achievements, fanbase size at the time, and how far they've fallen or disappeared.
So here we go ๐ (A few controversial picks here but sure you can always leave your thoughts in the comments ๐)
๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ Rangers FC (Scotland) โ One of the world's most successful clubs (55 league titles, multiple European finals). Bankrupt in 2012, forced into liquidation, and reformed in lower leagues. Massive global fanbase, but the original entity technically ceased.
๐ฎ๐น SSC Napoli (Italy) โ Serie A champions in 1987 & 1990 (Maradona era), UEFA Cup winners. Bankrupt in 2004 amid huge debts, reformed as Napoli Soccer (later back to SSC Napoli). One of the biggest "bust" stories due to its iconic status.
๐ฎ๐น Parma FC (Italy) โ Three UEFA Cups, Coppa Italia wins, Champions League semi-finalists in the late 90s/early 2000s. Bankrupt in 2015 (huge debts), reformed multiple times (now in lower Serie levels). Symbol of 90s Italian excess and collapse.
๐ซ๐ท Girondins de Bordeaux (France) โ Six Ligue 1 titles, UEFA Cup finalists, consistent European competitors. Declared bankrupt in 2024, professional status lost, now in amateur/lower tiers. A historic giant of French football.
๐ฌ๐ท AEK Athens (Greece) โ Multiple Greek titles, strong European presence. Bankrupt in 2013, reformed from scratch in lower divisions. Huge passionate fanbase, but the fall was dramatic.
๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ Wimbledon FC (England) โ FA Cup winners 1988 (famous "Crazy Gang"), top-flight mainstay. Relocated/rebranded as MK Dons in 2003-04; original fans formed AFC Wimbledon. One of English football's most infamous "forgotten" cases.
๐บ๐ฆ FC Dnipro (Ukraine) โ UEFA Europa League finalists 2015, multiple Ukrainian titles. Bankrupt/liquidated around 2018-19 due to financial issues, reformed at the amateur level. Recent big European achievers who vanished quickly.
๐ท๐บ Anzhi Makhachkala (Russia) โ Massive spending in the early 2010s (bought stars like Eto'o, Willian), Europa League quarters. Collapsed post-2013 due to owner pullout, now defunct or tiny lower-league status.
๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ Third Lanark (Scotland)---
Scottish league champions (1904) and multiple cup winners, one of the original powerhouses alongside Celtic and Rangers. Scandal and financial ruin led to liquidation in 1967. Their Cathkin Park ground remains a haunting, overgrown relic visited by fans as football's "Pompeii."
๐ฎ๐ช ๐ฌ๐ง Belfast Celtic (Northern Ireland) โ Huge Irish League dominance pre-1950s, massive crowds (often bigger than modern SPL games). Withdrew in 1949, fully defunct by the 1960s. One of the most culturally significant "lost" clubs.
Honourable mentions: Chievo Verona (recent Serie A mainstay, bankrupt 2021), SPAL (multiple Serie A stints, refounded in lower tiers post-2025), รvian Thonon Gaillard (Ligue 1 in 2010s, liquidated 2016), and historic pioneers like Racing Club de France (1936 French champions, now amateur).
#NeverForget
@KyogoCartel They're all dead. (Queen Elizabeth in 2022, Thatcher in 2013, and old Rangers liquidated in 2012.) Nice one@KyogoCartel They're all dead. โI donโt understand why itโs not a penaltyโ.

OโNeil has been in the job 10 minutes & already weโve got him walking on water, just like Rodgers, Ange etc etc etc
Weโve became a club whoโs created heroes across the city at the expense of a sad weak Rangers.
I fucking despise us at times.
