40-yr-Old Delta Businessman Ends It All After The Business He Took ₦1.8 Million Loan For Failed
A 40-year-old businessman identified as Ogbeni Goggo has reportedly d+ed by s¥icide in Delta State after the business for which he obtained a ₦1.8 million loan allegedly failed to go as planned.
Goggo, who had been married for three years without a child, reportedly sent messages to some friends and family members on Wednesday, August 26, saying he was tired of life and wanted to end it all.
When he failed to return home that night, his wife became worried and contacted family members as efforts were made to reach him by phone. The search continued throughout Thursday, but there was no sign of him.
On Friday morning, his wife went to the Ebrumede Police Station in Uvwie Local Government Area to report him missing. Police officers reportedly showed her a photograph of a deceased man found at the Ebrumede Flyover/DSC Roundabout area, which she identified as her husband.
According to reports, some people who saw Goggo after he reportedly ingested Sn+per raised an alarm and attempted to help him, but he had already collapsed and was jerking. The police were later alerted, while his remains were evacuated to a morgue in Agbaro.
His d+ath has left his wife, family and friends devastated, with the incident highlighting the severe financial and emotional pressures faced by many people.
Yesterday, people were asking me if I’m actually seeing profit from this provision business because the price difference between mine and the market price is huge. 😂
In fact, the man who came with his wife yesterday actually came to confirm if I was selling original products.
Immediately he entered the store, he started checking the authenticity of our products. After confirming everything, he started demanding for cartons.
He said he has been buying the same milk for 42k, so seeing mine for 28k made him very curious.
Let me be honest with you, there’s no way I’m doing this business without making my profit. I know exactly what I’m doing. I was intentional with my pricing.
Provision business is not new.
Everybody already has their favourite suppliers and places where they normally buy from.
So, how do I penetrate that market?
PRICE.
The only way I can convince someone who already has a supplier to leave their comfort zone, pay for waybill and buy from me is by giving them a price that makes the whole thing worth it.
It took me miles to get to the source to get these products at the prices I’m selling them.
Think about it.
If I was selling at the same price everyone is selling, what would make you buy from me?
You can literally wake up, walk into the provision store closest to you and buy the same product.
But if I give you a price that is significantly cheaper, you can pay for waybill, wait for your order to arrive and still feel like you got a very good deal.
That is the goal.
I’m not pricing my products low because I don’t know the value of what I’m selling.
I’m pricing them low because I know exactly how I want to win this market.
Do you understand now?
I remain your best plug for your provisions including wholesale and retail.

There are some products you will mention, and a particular person or brand will immediately come to mind.
Why?
Because of their unique style of marketing.
Take this egg business, for instance. People have been in the business for years. In fact, my aunty is one of the biggest major suppliers in the East, and she has one of the biggest poultry farms I have ever seen.
Then this lady, Mrs Chioma, came on board, and her marketing style was just different.
She constantly talks about her brand
I remembered her eggs were shared at an event I attended. In my mind, I said let me finally eat her eggs simply because she has marketed the business so well.
It reminded me of when I started my Kilishi brand.
I didn’t invent Kilishi. People had been in the business long before I came in. But I was the first brand to introduce the distributorship system in the way I did, that people no longer have to wait for a loved one from North before they eat Kilishi and I played a major role in pushing the industry forward.
There was a point where a lot of people started joining the business because they saw what was happening.
Today, when you mention Kilishi, both online and offline, my name is one of the first names that comes to mind. I’m even more popular in the North.
When I joined the National Union of Kilishi Producers, I met other key players who had been in the industry for years. But I could clearly see that the impact of my brand had already been felt.
And this is the point I’m trying to make:
You don’t always have to invent a product to become the name people remember.
Sometimes, your biggest advantage is how you market it.
Your marketing style can make people curious.
It can make people talk about you.
It can make people remember your brand.
And most importantly, it can keep people glued to your brand.
Don’t just sell your product. Market it in a way that makes people remember you. ❤️

I remain your Kilishi Lord.
This is actually my first payout from Facebook.
First time I’m chopping Mark’s money.
I’m not even a full time content creator.
I’m just a business woman sharing her life journey.
At this rate, how much is G-Wagon 2026? 😂
