@HMRCgovuk @HMRCcustomers Morning. My daughter is 17 working hard and has been put on emergency tax again! She has tried 3 times to call your call centre to be on hold for 2 hours each time. This is unacceptable. Please can I have a contact number urgently for her to call?

@HMRCcustomers Fully aware you are busy as we all are. Totally unacceptable service. My daughter is at college and will get her to check when she is home. How will she know what code to change it to? Can she arrange a refund of her money?
