The consortium is legally barred from paying dividends or taking management fees out of the club until 2032.

10 years Anti-Glazer clause was inserted and the Current owners must invest over £1.7B into the club.

Roman waved a debt of £1B, the club was supposed to pay to him directly. Roman loved Chelsea. The club was family for him not business
