@TLVersteegh @BearsBarade @superhawkeyefan @BarstoolUIowa Completely agree. We absolutely need to get better in the trenches, so let's hire him for the o line coach because that's his specialty. Then, hire an offensive coordinator who can develop quarterbacks.

@BarstoolUIowa Same. I would have liked to see more experience calling plays and a QB focus. Need to improve our QB development. He hasn't recruited for 23 or 24 years. Breathing new life into an offense isn't someone nearing retirement, and his last 4 non interim jobs have been demotions.
