@AVFCBedders@kevinhatchard I certainly get that, i think the AFTV argument is an interesting one cos back in the dark Wenger days it was other fanbases that would send me videos of AFTV for a laugh rather than me watching them and now we’re good these same fans are using it as a reason they hate us.🤷♂️
@AVFCBedders@kevinhatchard I agree, as an Arsenal fan I was backing both Palace and Villa and I get why certain fan groups didn’t want us to win, tho the way Agbonlahor behaved after our loss im currently pro firing Aston Villa into the sun. I’m sure I’ll calm down after a bit of time…🤣
@maxrushden Have scientists ascertained how dangerous the dark doom cloud hanging over North London is and how can it be contained to stop it spreading across the rest of London NAY the rest of the country?!!!
@MiguelDelaney@unstoppable124 With regards Budapest I checked in Jan for champions league weekend hotel rms and almost all the high end hotel rooms were already gone, how many of those is due to uefa already booking them and hotels trying to prevent earlier(cheaper) bookings prior to the final I can’t say….
@timstillman_ It really is mental, I really love fa cup final day, the sun is always shining and there is birdsong in the air, Wembley a joyous explosion of colour meanwhile I dread league cup final day, overcast and miserable, Wembley dark and grey that I want to leave as quickly as possible
@_ArsenalTeam There’s a reason I didn’t put in for a ticket this time, no good comes of us in the League cup final, it’s like the bizzarro fa cup final….
@maxrushden@JohnBrewin_@Seb_Hutch@danbardell Is the real “witches curse” the one placed on Kepa following his behaviour in the 2018 final which fates him to be the fall guy for every league cup final he now plays in?
@CFCMods I dunno man but it’s definitely how we Arsenal fans used to feel about you, play alright only for Drogba to pop up and score and everybody might as well go home then…dark days🤣
@maxrushden@_JordanJBryan Did Liam Rosenior just forget he was losing? Did he need a fan with a wireless radio in the stands to tell him like in the good old days?….
@ADHDForReal This happened to me!! I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia and ADHD as a child and always remembered I had dyspraxia (a physical condition so obvious) but forgot I had ADHD for almost 30 years until my mum reminded me!!
@MiguelDelaney Really interesting how this is developing considering I don’t believe it is coming from a single idea like “pep ball” was unless you want to start with “gegenpressing”. Thank you for taking the time to have this chat!!
@MiguelDelaney Personally I think it is fascinating and if not rip roaringly entertaining still good football but each to their own, I was one who felt pep ball became increasingly anticeptic as it went on. Love to know what is generating this change, has there been an obvious quantum leap?
@MiguelDelaney Just think the level of defensive play and coaching needs to be talked about and praised and not via complaints over attacking football and entertainment. Arsenals set pieces get a lot of blame for this but they are symptom not the problem, if it even is a “problem”…
@MiguelDelaney As an Arsenal fan I’ve been noticing it slowly building over a couple seasons but this year it has exploded, especially away there are now very few (if any) what i call “circled wins” where all you have to do is turn up and play to a solid level and leave with 3 points!
