@Se_Railway I was busy trying to get to work on time tbh. We told a SE member of staff on the train (ticket collector maybe) and asked how to contact the driver to let him know. She shrugged and went back to her phone, we used the help button on the platform but no one was answering.

@Se_Railway have done it again. Haven’t responded to my last complaint. This time train doors leave all passengers locked on train for 4 stops. Ticket officer didn’t care. No help on the platforms. They really are the worst trainline ever

@Se_Railway I couldn’t say exactly. It was due into Beckenham junction around 11. We managed to get off the stop after and the next train going back was at 11.07 arriving at 11.10 if that’s helpful.

Just got terrorised by train staff on the route to Greenhithe
Thought I could pay by contactless. They tried to take me to the police station because I wasn’t carrying ID?? I never resisted paying the fine. Had my card in my hand ready. Bullied for no reason. @Se_Railway
