@henrysaye Dom Ballard has all the tools, I’ve seen him score every type of goal this season.

Will Lankshear, currently on loan at Oxford from Spurs, is also having a good season, while Luton may look to offload Elijah Adebayo. Nathan Lowe at Stoke, on loan at Wycombe, is another one.

A look at my process working with Alex Robertson of Cardiff & Australia:
1. First Meeting to Set Goals/Dev Plan
2. Watch 90 & Make Notes (Good Luck Reading Them)
3. Clip & Save into Folder based on our "Coding" e.g. Driving with the Ball
4. Each Game has a folder to be able to provide evidence of previously good behaviour
5. Build a Presentation Based on Dev Plan
6. Meet Up to Discuss 121
7. Constant Communication Throughout the Week

In this video, I have chosen one of our Key Development Points "Driving with the Ball" as I've felt Alex was in a habit of shifting the ball too early:
1. Show Clips of it happening (Bradford and Wycombe)
2. Present Impact of changed behaviour e.g. If he'd driven 5-6 yards to commit opposition then he opens up space for Tanner/Kellyman

Then the great reward is seeing Willocks goal v Bolton on Saturday where stuff we have went through to death now seeing rewards on the pitch with a great assist.

Great thing about Alex, on top of being an excellent technical football, he's very clearly a visual learner and can see something once or twice then recreate that image on pitch.

@diffanalysis Lankshear, seems like obvious one to help Salech out in that department— but there’s other options. We could do with Kellyman on loan or someone like him to give us another option assuming Robinson leaves which I think he will.

Dael Fry is out of contract, if that’s possible.
