@IslandStarsand and another issue i’ve been having is that the main menu sometimes disappears in game and i’m unable to open it, therefore i can’t save. and also i keep getting a glitch that does not allow me to place any furniture inside, thus my bed is currently outside

@IslandStarsand and also the menu buttons don’t always work, so sometimes i can’t open my bag, or i have to press it multiple times for it to work. also my bag keeps glitching and not showing any of my items, and same with the hotbar. plus many of the menus are not scaled and impossible to read

@TokyoDebunker also for context this happened when i made a new account on EA-5 and now i can’t access my main account either bc i’m stuck in tutorial and can’t click out 😭 tried deleting the app and reinstalling but i’m still brought back to the same place

@TokyoDebunker basically the game glitched at the part of the tutorial where you equip cards and im now stuck trying to attempt the first case and it won’t let me click out or manually add my cards. everytime i open the app it brings me back in the same loop

i tried restarting the app and deleting and redownloading it but it brings me back to the same spot. because of this i have not been able to play the game at all in several days and am hoping for a fix so i can enjoy the game again! (and not get booted from my guild lol)

hi! i reached out to your support email but also wanted to reach out here because it’s been a few days. i recently made another account on EA-5 and am experiencing a glitch where i’m locked in the tutorial and can’t play the game at all

basically what happened is something glitched during the tutorial and my cards were not equipped, and now i’m stuck and can’t attempt the first case in the tutorial. it does not allow me to click anywhere else or edit my team to add cards
