@bt_uk Day 2 of no phone & no broadband, day 2 of not being able to work from home & kids not being able to do home work & College coursework.!! Mini Hub also not working as we live in a deadspot with no mobile network coverage.

@AskVirginMoney need to raise a refund claim for a purchase on my virgin money card, I've tried ringing but I've been cut off after an hour of being put on hold by different people. Is there another way I can raise this claim please?
@British_Airways why do you call it "fair refund policy" if I want to cancel my flights 3 months in advance I get ยฃ0 back, but if I turn up at Heathrow and you cancel my flights on the day you will give me a full refund? Bit 1 sided ain't it ?
