So, in total, @TruistNews Bank has been unable/unwilling to help us for almost a week and is now charging us $30 to fix their #failure.

@TruistNews Bank has failed us completely. Family of four, abroad, with no access to our bank accounts. Our cards are blocked - despite confirming transactions to fraud department several times. Repeated attempts to 'reset' the cards by @Truist representatives have failed. 1/4

5. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
6. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
7. Wait 24 hours and try again.

Needless to say, @TruistNews has colossally failed, stranding their customers completely.
Today, we managed to find someone who is able to ship us a new card (for a $30 fee!)3/4
