The Keeping Students in Class, 2022 Act:

- Includes notwithstanding clause: Ontario can violate workers' Charter rights for up to 5 years

- allows Govt to violate Human Rights Code

- Prohibits strikes, $4000/day fine for individuals, $500K day for union.

- Imposes a contract.
