You’re just covered in airbags everywhere. Modern airbags are so good, it would blow your mind

In a Tesla, we even update the software to improve how the airbags deploy

We calculate Are you an adult? How much do you weigh? Are you sitting on this part of the seat or that part? Are you an baby ? We measure the pressure distribution on the seat. Are you sitting on the edge? Are you a 5th percentile female or a 95th percentile male?

The airbag firing will be different depending on where you are sitting, your size, and your orientation is and we update it over the air, so it gets better over time

So a child could conceivably sit in the front seat? An unbelted child sitting in a bad position is probably still fine

It is dynamically updating the airbag firing according to where you’re sitting and how much you weigh in real-time. The seatbelt is just... "that’s nice."
