live laugh love italianni's talaga. remembered when i was eating alone in atc, the manager was always looking out for me bcs i was pretty awkward in calling out the waiter. there was a moment na i was raising my hand awkwardly and walang waiter nearby but the manager went to me
I was at Italianni’s Shangri-La EDSA yesterday, and one of my additional orders wasn’t served until I was almost finished eating. So when I called the waiter to bill out, I told her na hindi ko na-receive yung additional order ko, baka kasi ma-charge pa sa’kin. 1/3
Does anyone remember that Reddit post where someone's aunt was in love with a kapre and the kapre kept saying no. The kapre felt so harassed that it left the tree 😭😭😭
We had laglag bala, shitty MRT, SAF44, etc.
PERO PUTANGINA, SA PANAHON NI PNOY, ANG SAMPUNG LIBO MAKAKABILI KA NG GROCERIES NA TATAGAL NG ISANG BUWAN.
ANG GAS NA SANLIBO, DADALHIN KA HANGGANG BAGUIO.
I was fresh grad that time and 20k lang sahod ko noon pero nababayaran ko yung tuition ng kapatid ko na 20k+. I was travelling, every weekend gala. Inom here and there. Ngayon, I am earning A LOT more than before, pero hindi ko na magawa yang mga yan. Nakakaiyak na lang teh
when I was going through a really bad breakup in college I went home to my parents’ house and basically just cried in bed for days
at a certain point my dad came into my room and was like okay get dressed we’re getting out of the house
and this man proceeded to take me on a SIX MILE WALK lol
we literally just walked and talked for 6 miles
I remember that day fundamentally changing something in my brain
after that I started walking 3-4 miles almost every day, usually without headphones
and weirdly enough, that period of my life became one of my most creatively expansive
I started making small tik tok vlogs, collages, writing on twitter
I had some of my biggest creative breakthroughs
opportunities started showing up that eventually led me to meeting my mentor
looking back I think I was learning how to move energy through my body instead of just sitting inside of it
grief and sadness are insanely energetically charged emotions
I didn’t need to intellectualize every feeling or spend hours trying to figure out WHY I felt the way I did
I literally just needed to walk
no headphones, no distraction, no destination
just letting my body carry all of that energy somewhere until my mind had enough space to make something new out of it
omg this happened to me too. I went through a horrible break up and started walking for like 5-8 hours a day with no music or anything. completely changed my brain. when winter came, I stopped the walks & began painting, writing & creating works online.
