@McDonalds @kristinupnorth This is happening to a lot of McDonald’s with the large drinks. Happened yesterday and today to me. Also happened for the hash brown for breakfast. A lot of people are posting online that their McDonald’s are saying nothing they can do about it.

@FrontierCare this is the second reservation in a row, where you changed my times and I try to change time online but get an error and waited 3 hours on hold. Your customer support saying they can’t fix the error. Why tell people to make changes online if I can’t do it! #unhappy
