If you want to know why America is polarized, it’s the fault of the media.

Yesterday, the Free Beacon, a conservative outlet, caught Abdul Sayed in a lie when Abdul denied his family had a connection to the Muslim Brotherhood. The FB showed a tweet by his own sister saying their mother belonged to the MB.

The revelation that Abdul lied about his family ties to a radical Islamic terrorist group was ignored by NBC, ABC, CBS’s nightly news shows. The NYT and WP haven’t covered it.

This should be a screaming front page story. Instead, the MSM runs cover for Abdul.

The American people just want to know the truth about their politicians. Instead, the media are helping Abdul cover up the truth.

Abdul has a lot to hide. It’s a tragedy the MSM is part of the team helping him hide it.

Those are primary sources, not propaganda. The path to mutual benefit was on the table in 1919.

The Ilhan Omar story deepens. Apparently, @Ilhan’s staff helped get her birthdate changed in public records once she was elected to Congress in 2018, changing her year of birth from 1981 to 1982.

Why is this important? If @IlhanMN is one year older than she claims to be, that would mean she couldn’t have legally become a US citizen in 2000, as she could not have legally received derivative citizenship as a 17-year-old minor through her father

Never forget: Ilhan Omar’s family didn’t flee Somalia as the oppressed. They fled because her father, Nur Omar Mohamed, was a senior colonel in the Somali National Army of the genocidal communist dictator Mohamed Siad Barre, the regime that systematically slaughtered up to 200,000 people, mostly Isaaq civilians, in one of the worst genocides in modern African history.

Her father wasn’t some low-level nobody or a teacher who just happened to be around. He was an esteemed senior officer who commanded a regiment, trained in the Soviet Union, and stayed in the military hierarchy of that brutal Marxist-Leninist dictatorship for years.

When the regime finally collapsed under the weight of its own mass murder, famine, and civil war in 1991, the family ran, not as victims of the dictatorship, but as people tied to the apparatus that had just spent years bombing cities, executing civilians, and turning northern Somalia into a killing field.

Now this same family is in the US, where Omar stands up and lectures Americans about justice, accountability, morality, and “genocide.” The hypocrisy is sickening. A daughter of a colonel from the regime that carried out the Isaaq genocide has the gall to moralize to the country that took her in after her father’s side lost power.

Her father came to the U.S. as a “refugee,” just like Yusuf Abdi Ali, who was accused of war crimes and later found liable for torture in a U.S. civil court. Yet, as far as publicly available information shows, her father never faced comparable scrutiny or accountability. Consider this: Ali was deported from the US only two years ago, after a survivor pursued justice through the courts. It took a survivor’s determination to bring his abuses before a judge and jury.

That’s the record.

That claim didn’t come from a random account online. It came from the United Nations, and major media outlets ran with it almost instantly.

But the number was not a confirmed death toll. It was not a 48-hour mortality forecast. And it was not about babies. It came from an IPC projection estimating that 14,100 children aged 6-59 months could suffer severe acute malnutrition over a longer projection period.

A conditional risk assessment became an imminent mass-death claim. Then it became an indictment of Israel. By the time some outlets quietly amended their coverage and the UN’s Tom Fletcher admitted the wording was a mistake, the damage was already done.

When claims implicate Israel, the burden of proof collapses. A false claim goes viral, skepticism is treated as cruelty, and the correction never reaches the audience that saw the lie.
