Three years suspended for warning that children were being harmed. This morning, Dr Jillian Spencer was cleared.

In 2023 the child and adolescent psychiatrist was stood down from the Queensland Children's Hospital after raising concerns about puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. She was reprimanded, threatened with dismissal, and refused to retract.

Queensland Health has now discontinued every disciplinary proceeding against her, accepting that her concerns were grounded in her training and experience. AHPRA has dropped its investigation.

'I've been exonerated,' Dr Spencer said. 'My name has been cleared, and I can hold my head high.'

Credit to Dr Spencer, who would not back down, and to the Human Rights Law Alliance, who stood with her through it.

It took three years and her place at the hospital. How many clinicians watched that happen and decided to say nothing?

Please pray for Dr Spencer as she rebuilds, and for those still weighing whether to speak.

Trans-identified men in Edinburgh are fortunate enough to be welcome at the Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre, which was headed for a while by a trans-identified man who believed, and said publicly, that women who wanted a female-only service were bigots. That same rape centre admitted a male as a client because he called himself non-binary. The man was subsequently convicted for rape.

Beira’s Place was set up by me to provide women in Edinburgh and the Lothians with the female-only service they were being denied. Internal emails between ERRC staff were revealed during an unrelated court case, which showed them to be angry and dismayed that there was now an alternative service for women. One might have thought, reading those emails, that ERRC staff’s priority was the ideological conversion of rape survivors rather than the provision of a service that traumatised women required to feel safe after rape.

Beira’s Place has been exceptionally busy since it opened. We’ve taken on more staff and are currently looking for larger premises. We’ve helped women who’ve admitted that they didn’t want to use the alternative rape centre because of its very loud and public ‘trans women are women’ stance. We are also open to any and all trans-identified women who need support after rape.

In short, you’ll be relieved to hear that the trans-identified men for whom you feel such empathy and compassion aren’t losing out. It was biological women who were being shamed for their entirely legitimate desire for a male-free space. Apparently you’d have preferred that situation to continue, but I think you’ll find that most people, whether male or female, will see that as evidence of your cruelty, not mine.

I have been ordered to pay $95,000 in "damages" to two men in women's sport because I apparently hurt their feelings. It is potentially going to be doubled because I didn't pay in 30 days. So that is $190,000 in total to reward two men in women's sport. I am appealing in the NSW Supreme Court, so for now, there is a stay on the orders.

@salltweets has been ordered to pay a man $20,000 for not allowing him on her female only app. His hurt feelings claim is hoping to be challenged in the High Court. Sall is still waiting to see if leave will be granted for the appeal.

Jasmine Sussex could have to pay up to $95,000 to a man with hurt feelings who falsely claimed he could breastfeed a tiny baby. Her case is still to be heard by a Queensland tribunal.

None of these numbers include the court costs which run into millions.

Others have lost jobs, been censored, gaslit or threatened if they speak the truth or object to the lie that men can be women.

Men who wish they were women not only want to dominate our sports, spaces and services, they are also trying to make money as they go. It appears quite lucrative if they succeed.

Stand with us. Men are not women and we should never be penalized for stating the facts - especially in court where evidence and facts are meant to be paramount.

Prime Minister Albanese has betrayed Australian women and girls.

Tonight, I introduced the Coalition's Bill to restore common sense to the Sex Discrimination Act by defining sex as biological.

Labor and the Greens killed it before it could even be debated.

Our Bill would protect the rights of women and girls in single sex spaces - for example - in toilets, change rooms, domestic violence shelters and sporting facilities.

That isn't radical. It isn’t controversial. It's common sense.

Instead of standing with Australian women and girls, Anthony Albanese chose political ideology over their privacy, dignity and safety.

He wouldn't even allow the Parliament to debate my Bill.

That is a disgrace.

But I have a message for the thousands and thousands of Australians who have backed me in introducing this Bill.

The Coalition will not back down.

We will keep fighting in the Parliament, and if Labor continues to betray Australian women and girls - we will take this fight to the next election.

Billions are being lost to NDIS fraud, but we have the government removing Joshua Ruff's support team keeping him alive.

He has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, survived a cardiac arrest and needs 24/7 care.

He is not asking for luxury. He is asking to stay safely at home with the trained team that knows how to keep him alive.

Anyone concerned about the return of the ISIS brides needs to watch this. It is very clear that those responsible for our national security have absolutely no idea whether the children of ISIS brides and ISIS fighters are being deradicalised or not. It also turns out that these deradicalisation sessions are voluntary!
What an unbelievable state of affairs. Not only are we allowing ISIS brides and their children back into Australia, but we’re then making very little effort to ensure their deradicalisation. The complacency from this Labor Government is breathtaking.

We are watching Australia die a slow death, the same as what has happened in the UK, Scotland, Ireland etc.... seeing it turn in to a socialist and communistic country, certainly has many worried for their grandchildren and children.
