Hockey was not invented in Canada
@anruddick2021@TheViciousSnake@MaryAnnreports Someone scared would’ve left the tent when they were asked to; not refuse to do so over 15 times, wield their knife, and provoke a physical altercation. Karmelo wasn’t scared.
He can’t get life without parole. He’s 17. Max is life with the possibility of parole after 40 years.
@mogatrons@TNFreedom21@leylahamed@Bjjkiiz Nice, pushing debunked state propaganda! Give me a legitimate source confirming “3,200 approximately.” Not Iranian propaganda; I want credible sources.

You really shouldn’t believe authoritarian propaganda, especially from the Middle East.
@RobbRocc@Evan_Hand Got it, so you also believe hockey is European too, right?
Seeing that Canadians just built on top of preexisting European stick and ball games from the Middle Ages such as Hurling, Shinty and Bandy. Shit, even field hockey can be traced back over 4,000 years.
@Dreadlyfe84@bennyjohnson Karmelo brought a weapon to a school event where there are strict no tolerance policies. He then went somewhere he wasn’t supposed to be, provoked an altercation, invited Austin to touch him, and stabbed him for following through with his proposition. That is premeditation.
@Dreadlyfe84@bennyjohnson He was asked to leave more than 15 times, he refused and urged Austin to “touch me and see what happens.” People who are afraid for their life don’t provoke and escalate physical altercation. Not only that, Austin with within his legal right to physically remove Karmelo anyways.
@BigUllie@Southside_Gunn He was unmasked almost 30 years ago in WCW. The only reason he continued to wear the mask is because Vince McMahon wanted him to when he came over to the WWE. He had to get OK’ed by the Lucha Libre council to wear it when returning to Mexico with the WWE.
@RobbRocc@Evan_Hand By that logic, England invented basketball because the YMCA was founded in London.
It’s a ridiculous premise, just because Messi scored doesn’t negate that FC Barcelona won the Champions League. Naismith being Canadian doesn’t negate the basketball was invented in America.
@RobbRocc@Evan_Hand Shitty comparison. That’s like saying Argentina won the Champions League because Messi scored the game winner.
Basketball was invented in America, under American authority, for American children, to mitigate the American winter. The individual just happened to be Canadian.
@Core14oner@WR0000001@Omowale99949437 In Texas, 17 years old is considered the age of criminal responsibility. If someone commits a felony at 17, they’re handed to the adult court system. Yes, he is eligible for life in prison though, due to Alabama v. Miller, they must offer the possibility of parole after 40 years.
@eliyah12dd@Klabauterm71329@RFatiguepb@ThanosWasRighte@Firstnamefukd@TMZ Except Austin was within his legal right to physically remove Karmelo, after he refused 15 verbal requests and provoked him , to prevent interference with personal property. As this is the reason athletes from other schools are not allowed under tents they’re not affiliated with.
@RobbRocc@Evan_Hand Basketball was invented in Springfield, Massachusetts when the YMCA director tasked Naismith with coming up with an indoor game to serve as an “athletic distraction” through the rough New England winter.
Him being born in Canada doesn’t negate that it was invented in America..
@HowellElijah1@crackerstaxx@DeporeMagna@AkademiksTV Native American/Alaskan actually have the highest rates of child maltreatment, but black people are not far behind. The rate of maltreatment towards black children (12.1 per 1,000 children) is almost double that of white children (6.6 per 1,000 children).

The data is endless, this has been proven time and time again. I can keep going if you want…
@1NooneCC@crackerstaxx@DeporeMagna@AkademiksTV They said blacks are more likely to commit child maltreatment, not that more black people do it in general. It’s called per capita, white people make up ~75% of the US it’s expected they’d have greater numbers over all. In reality though, black people are more likely to commit it
@feyzo_0@Howlingmutant0@charlestonwhyt Hey dumbass, you aren’t allowed under other school’s tents to prevent theft because people leave their shit there. Austin was designated to watch the tent. Karmelo was asked to leave 15 times. Texas Penal Code § 9.41 explicitly allows such force to protect personal property.
@Redhairgoat666@DebtSlaveUSA@GigglingGanon That is not what qualified immunity is, please educate yourself. It’s called punitive damages, they’re monetary penalties intended to punish intentional, malicious, or grossly negligent misconduct.
And that’s if it even makes it to trial because most entities will settle first
@22toGod@StopandlListen@CJPullUp@nypost There’s no logical reason for Karmelo to be under their tent unless he was there with nefarious intent. The purpose of not allowing other people under the tent is that there are unsupervised personal items. Texas law explicitly allows such force to protect personal property.
