@kenmoorealberta @DuaneBratt The Pulbic Lands Act says the provincial Government owns the beds and shores of most water in Alberta. So private property does not extend into the creeks, river and lakes etcetera. So a federal employee can walk up the bed of the water way and test without trespassing.
