@AmericanAir Plane was ready to leave - no crew. Seems like an American issue. Not happy. Especially when original flight at 3PM left. Nothing like being at a connecting airport for 14+ hours and airline not taking responsibility...

@AmericanAir At this point she could of driven from FL to WI and been there quicker than flying with your company. Worst part is your gate employees making false promises of the flight actually leaving only for it to get delayed. 🤬
