@JioCare I replied to your message in the DM with screenshots but I got the same old reply "it was a postpaid connection with no security deposit......." did you guys care for your customer and their concerns?

@JioCare Hi Tanvi, just to continue -then he gave me a QR code for payment and I paid the amount. Then they visited our place and installed the JioFiber & Setup box. He said if we withdraw within 50 days we will get refund after deducting GST I have the payment details and WhatsApp chat

First of all, thanks for your response. I think there is something which is not matching, (1) I asked for JioFiber Trial1234 connection from Jio Office Nagaon, Assam (782001). I met Mr Krishna (manager) and he suggested me that I will have to pay Rs.1234/- for that

In our view Assam needs an environment encouraging big production houses to come, invest & setup their plants here. IT is another potential sector where our Government can work with centre to encourage and welcome big IT companies to setup their development/offshore office here
