साथियों,

शुरू में मुझे भी लगा था कि शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान से जवाब मांगा जाना चाहिए। किसी भी मंत्री की तरह उनके काम की जांच और समीक्षा होना बिल्कुल जायज़ है। लेकिन एक सवाल बार-बार दिमाग में आ रहा था।

आखिर इतनी बेचैनी क्यों है?
विदेशी मीडिया, विदेशी यूनिवर्सिटी और कुछ खास लोग अचानक जून 2026 में ही इतने एक्टिव क्यों हो गए?

जब मैंने थोड़ा गहराई से देखना शुरू किया तो तस्वीर कुछ और ही दिखी।

मामला सिर्फ पेपर लीक का नहीं लग रहा था। मामला उन बड़े बदलावों का था जो जुलाई-अगस्त 2026 में आने वाले थे।

पहला, NCERT की नई किताबें।

गणित में शुल्ब सूत्रों को शामिल किया जा रहा है और इतिहास में भारत के नजरिए को ज्यादा जगह दी जा रही है। आर्य आक्रमण सिद्धांत की जगह सिंधु-सरस्वती सभ्यता पर ज्यादा ध्यान दिया जा रहा है।

दूसरा, CBSE की तीन भाषा नीति।

इसके तहत कक्षा 9 से तीन भाषाएं पढ़नी होंगी, जिनमें कम से कम दो भारतीय भाषाएं होंगी।

तीसरा, NTA में सुधार।

परीक्षाओं को ज्यादा विकेंद्रीकृत बनाने की तैयारी है। तकनीक के मामले में आत्मनिर्भर व्यवस्था बनाई जा रही है, ताकि पूरा सिस्टम किसी एक जगह या एक बिंदु पर निर्भर न रहे और उसमें छेड़छाड़ करना भी आसान न हो।

अब असली सवाल पूछिए।

इन बदलावों से सबसे ज्यादा परेशानी किसे होगी?

उन्हें, जिनकी सोच, पढ़ाई या पूरा ढांचा पुरानी धारणाओं पर टिका हुआ है।

अगर भारत की शिक्षा व्यवस्था और मजबूत होती है, बच्चों में आत्मविश्वास बढ़ता है, अपनी सभ्यता और इतिहास को लेकर भरोसा बढ़ता है, तो इसका असर सिर्फ किताबों तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा।

यही वह सवाल है जिसे समझे बिना इस पूरी बहस को समझना मुश्किल है।

- Yet staff keep finding toilets blocked, floors flooded, and walls dirty within hours of departure.
- Same story in airports, malls, Char Dham Yatra buses... everywhere!

Abroad, these "same Indians" suddenly become the most polite passengers on earth. Back home? Zero accountability.

This isn't about one train. This is about who we are as a society in 2026.

We want bullet trains, 5G, moon missions... but can't even flush properly?

India can build the best trains in the world.
But until we fix the "user upgrade", all this development money is going down the toilet – literally.

We need:
✅ ₹10,000 fine + 6-month travel ban for repeat offenders
✅ Mandatory 30-second toilet tutorial video before ticket booking
✅ CCTV in coaches with public shaming board (yes, I'm going there)
✅ Teach this in schools like we teach "Jai Hind"

Just look at the chaos in our trains daily 👆
Fights, litter, zero respect.
