Vince Gironda's Master Series is the best program I've followed yet. 12-months long, changes every month.
The daily workouts never takes longer than 45 minutes, the weight is never heavy enough to compromise my body and the pumps are mind-blowing.
Strongly recommend.

Drinking:

-Affects your decision making
-Kills your gains
-Most beer is soy and most cocktails are sugarbombs
-Yes you can get addicted (think AA)
-You'll gain weight and you'll be bloated
Smoking:
-Severely reduces your lung capacity
-Inhibits your circulation
-Affects your mood (withdrawals)
-One of the most difficult to quit
-Most cigarettes contain horrible chemicals like jet fuel and tar
-Huge cost over time
-You're going to smell like shit
I'm convinced Vince Gironda is the best resource for building physique/muscle. 45min max workouts. I'm feeling the pump more than I did in my 2hr sessions. The man knew what he was doing. Max effort, max focus. Get in, get out.
