@jeanbeth @oaklandamerican @AsBrandFan I think it was a high risk gamble to come up with a significant, profitable development. The stadium was just a piece of the overall scheme. It seemed pretty close to being pulled off -- even though it is an incredibly difficult location to build out. Remember the Gondola?
